HOT HILL SAUNA

Sauna is more than just heat. It’s about gathering, slowing down and reconnecting. Time in the sauna clears the head, eases tired muscles, boasts many health benefits and brings people together in a simplistic way.

You can expect a traditional wood-fired sauna experience in a small, welcoming space that seats up to five people. Sessions are relaxed and unhurried, giving you time to enjoy the full hot-cold-rest rhythm. On site there is parking available, along with access to toilets and showers, so you have everything you need to settle in comfortably.

There is access to the River Derwent very close by and we have a cold plunge whisky barrel coming very soon!

Hot Hill Sauna sits at Hollows Farm in the heart of Borrowdale - a quaint 17th century working hill farm tucked away in the Lake District. The farm is surrounded by the National Nature Reserve’s ancient woodland, nestled within the Borrowdale Valley.
